Dear Energy Enthusiasts,

On a recent flight from San Francisco to Los Angeles, I happened to ask the gate attendant how she was doing. When she looked up at me I made eye contact with her and she seemed to sense I was truly interested. She shook her head and there was a sad note in her voice. She responded, "I'm okay, just a lot of healing." I looked at her and said, "I have a lot of clients that are doing exactly that, myself included, and you know, you're right on schedule! That's exactly what you should be doing'. She seemed somewhat surprised. The light came back in her eyes; she smiled, and in a more confident voice she responded, " I should be healing?" I repeated, that's right, you're healing and you're right on schedule.

In that very brief exchange both of us became more of who we are. She had essentially received permission to be and feel exactly what she was feeling. This made it alright so that she could stop judging herself, and move instead through whatever she had to heal. I felt wonderful knowing I had made someone else's world better, and in fact all I had done was affirm her in being exactly where she was.

Many of us are currently revisiting old patterns that we thought we had finished with, and here they are up again. "Enough already" seems to be the order of the day, and yet the healing is deeper and the old layers of pain are being released. What a time! Honoring where you are is so very important. It's not about wallowing in self-pity, and certainly don't judge yourself for feeling anger or even rage, or for feeling at times that you're slipping into old patterns. They're coming up again in order to be released, so a whole new way of being, filled with goodness, truth and beauty can come forth. The new world breathes its first breath in 2006. It's not a question of whether or not we're creating it; it's a question of what it will look like!

Now more than ever in the history of this planet, it is time to consciously create your reality, for you your loved ones, and your world. Creative visualization is one of the best ways to do it.
